Tyler solves problems at the heart of brand and business strategy. With a decade of experience across consulting, government and media, Tyler’s core passion is in understanding and influencing consumer behavior.

She works collaboratively with her clients and Lippincott team members to develop robust and actionable solutions, grounded in analytical rigor and creative thinking.

Being a Lippincott’er means:

Always bringing your best, be it to a client meeting or a team happy hour.

For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?

The dynamism. On a typical day, my colleagues and I are tackling all types of challenges: quantifying a brand's value, creating the next great logo, determining a new brand name or working through complex brand architecture. Every day is an adventure and we’re always focused on how to make our work meaningful.

If you weren’t in this profession, what would you be?

A documentary filmmaker! The combination of a powerful story, beautiful cinematography and real human emotion is truly magical. Our true stories are often the most engaging.

At Lippincott, there’s nothing we can’t solve together.

Which projects have been the most meaningful to you and why?

Every project is meaningful, but what I love most are projects that challenge our expectations of what’s possible. With a thoughtful, strategic and collaborative approach, we can truly revolutionize a brand and its consumer experience.

What’s your happy place?

On a boat, literally anywhere in the world. There is nothing more peaceful and enjoyable than being on the water.

Who is your favorite artist? Why?

I’m biased, but my grandmother. In the early 1950s, she put my grandfather through medical school by selling her art and silk screen designs. Her legacy has been inspirational to me, and I’d like to think her creativity and design skills run in the family.

Who is the leader you most admire? Why?

Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Notorious and admirable not only for her profound impact on the law, but also for her ability to plank for longer than me while in her 80s.
