When she's not helping her clients take flight she's in her happy place—mastering aerial arts.
- If you weren't in this profession, what would you be?
I was actually admitted to law school here in Hong Kong after completing my bachelor’s degree in New York, but turned it down to explore branding first. Needless to say, I got sucked into a creative career and never left.
- For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?
The level of rigor—we are truly interdisciplinary, and we are extremely thorough in our approach.
- Where do you find your inspiration / source of creativity?
I like to step away and do something “meditative” to reset by focusing on something else. It could be practicing yoga, baking a new recipe, a trip to the flower market or wandering about one of my favorite neighborhoods—the inspiration will then just come when it does.
- What's your favorite thing about the place you call home?
Hong Kong is so many things at once—international and local, urban and natural, you can really experience and immerse yourself in the best of different worlds if you want to.
- When did you decide you wanted to be in this business? Why?
A Strategy Director from a branding firm came in to do a career talk when I was in university. A certain aspect of it felt like helping businesses resolve identity crises – I found that very inspiring.
