- In your own words, what do you do at Lippincott?
I lead the recruitment team at Lippincott in support of the firm’s global talent and hiring needs. I also support our strong culture and commitment to building a firm with more representation across gender, ethnicity, education and experience.
- For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?
THE PEOPLE! I always tell candidates that Lippincott is a place with no egos, a truly collaborative environment where everyone’s thoughts and ideas come together to contribute to the collective success of our firm. The people are why I came here, why I truly love what I do, and why I choose to stay and help grow the firm year after year.
- What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Two very cute, very needy little boys.

- If you weren't in this profession, what would you be?
An artist—a little known fact about me—I studied studio art in college. I love painting and printmaking!
- Who has influenced you most in your career? How?
My dad has been a strong influence. He always told me that I should look for a job at a company where I was not the smartest person in the room, so I would always have someone to learn from. That is why I have been at Lippincott longer than any other place in my career thus far.
- Who would you change places with for a day?
Padma Lakshmi (on a day when she’s filming a season of Top Chef). Am I the only one who wishes they could taste the food too?
