Meet Rupesh, a behavioural science expert that specializes in digital proposition design and builds.
He loves the medley of minds, skills and styles that Lippincott delivers, and having the chance to invent the unexpected for clients each and every day.
- Which projects have been the most meaningful to you and why?
Working in collaborative squads with the senior team of a startup bank to design their offering, helping them lead in the midst of the digital banking revolution in the UK.
- Being a Lippincott’er means:
Cherishing the hunt for the idea that gives you goose bumps.
I help businesses be sensitive to the desires, needs and behaviours of their customers, to invent the unexpected.
- What’s your happy place?
If I’m feeling energetic: The top of Lion’s Head mountain in Cape Town. If I’m not: in the pub playing Scrabble with a friend.
- Have you made any significant left turns, u-turns or corkscrews in life?
My family moved from the UK to India when I was seven for four years. The experience gave me an appreciation for just how big, incredible and undefinable a place the world really is.
- Who has influenced you most in your career? How?
My grandfather. I have so much respect for his principles and how he prioritised for his family.
