- What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Going and waking up my kids. I love that early morning time with them.
- If you weren’t in this profession, what would you be?
A furniture designer/woodworker.
- Where do you find your inspiration / source of creativity?
I am a deeply lateral thinker...I need as wide and surprising array of inputs as possible. Noir films, Joseph Campbell, Shigeru Ban, Shaker furniture, Thucydides, Sunless Sea, Ayurvedic Cooking. You know, the usual.
- What’s your favorite thing about the place you call home?
The diversity of the community and my amazing luck at having wonderful neighbors to party with.
- Who is your favorite author?
Borges. We have a shared passion for labyrinths and infinity.
