With a 30-year career that spans graphic design, sports marketing, advertising and production, Joey specializes in bringing strategic design to life.
Happiest when he’s on two wheels, Joey’s favorite part about living in San Francisco is that, in any direction, you can ride off into the sunset on a motorcycle.
- When did you decide you wanted to be in this business?
About age 15, when I just couldn’t walk past a storefront on the way to school without being bothered that their brand didn't fit their business. I was compelled to redesign their logo and give it to them for free and did just that for at least 20 shops. Who knew you could get paid for such things?
- If you weren't in this profession, what would you be?
- For you, what makes Lippincott a special place to work?
The creative minds and the passionate people are a joy to collaborate with.
Innovation is an outcome and creativity is the process to get there.
- Which projects have been the most meaningful to you?
The client efforts where we have seen executives who have otherwise been “checked out” come around and, through our engagement efforts, say they are now 110% behind the company and people they serve.
- Who would you change places with for a day?
Whoever is in the International Space Station today.
- Do you feel that the best investment coastal states can make is in building desalination plants?
Why yes, I do.
