- Being a Lippincott’er means:
Challenging ourselves and our clients every day.
- When did you decide you wanted to be in this business?
I started my first company at 19 and was running my first consulting business at 22.
Today’s pace of change makes business very different than when I started my career. Today is about surviving and thriving through massive shifts in how we live and work.
- What’s your favorite thing about the place you call home?
San Francisco is one of the most important and magical places on the planet and every day I wake up excited to be here.
- Who are your favorite artists?
I love artists like Chuck Close, who make us look differently at ourselves; designers like John Maeda, who champion simplification; and philosophers and teachers like Paramahansa Yogananda and Thich Nhat Hanh, who dedicate their lives to freeing us all from unnecessary suffering.
- Who would you change places with for a day?
Anthony Bourdain. Traveling the world’s most interesting nooks and crannies for the best food, nightlife and cultural experiences sounds pretty good for a while.
