Bogdan has developed corporate and brand identity programs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Central America and the United States.

He specializes in translating strategic and innovative thinking into brand expressions. Asked what makes Lippincott a special place to work: “It’s really about the people: talented, motivated, selfless. We are a very diverse, yet close-knit family.”

What is a little-known fact about Lippincott?

Lippincott coined the term “corporate identity” — it’s something I think about often. What a privilege it is to continue to build upon this great heritage.

Which projects have been the most meaningful to you?

Starbucks has been an amazing opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned in-house team and create what has become a classic case of identity evolution. It is such a visible brand all around the world, and for me a daily reminder of the potential impact of our work.

What’s your favorite thing about the place you call home?

In many ways, it is the complete opposite of my work environment — quiet, surrounded by nature. It provides a nice balance.

Since you began your career, what’s changed the least about the work?

Human nature.
